It's lonely at the top.

Great success in one area can be very satisfying. But it's not easy to achieve or hold on to. It leads to anxiety, blind spots, and difficult relationships. You want to keep your edge, and also feel more capable all round.

This applies especially to people like successful entrepreneurs, elite athletes, successful creatives, solo achievers, and people new to high net worth. We deeply understand the issues you face, and we can help you tackle those as well as grow the strengths and potential you have.

A Note from Program Director,
Doctor Harris

All doctors start off by working with one person at a time, and for most doctors, that is where they rightly continue for all their career. To this day, spending time with people 1-to-1 is the greatest joy in my work. All of my efforts are directed to help that person to thrive as an individual within their own life, with all of their strengths.

It's rewarding to see people improve beyond their expectations; this is especially true when they come to us having tried other ways without success. As a client of ours, we squarely aim to help you overcome long-worn stubborn issues among other aims. Clients report a great sense of feeling lightened and being more cognitively agile, and generally much more 'available to the present' when this happens.

We are doctors who specialise in performance above the norm, so we have great interest in people who think differently. Solo clients are often from some kind of unusual group: positive outliers, as they are sometimes called. This group sometimes also includes people who have neurodivergent conditions too. Being an outlier is rarely free from being unusual in other ways.

"Hardship is a terrible thing to waste."

For years I saw clients in my NHS clinic who, despite problems like depression or autism, were  gifted or blessed with great skill or potential in some way related to the very condition. In talking to us, such people come to feel much less confused about themselves, We help them gain clarity in a world which often left them mystified. We showed them where their specific strengths could really help them stand out.  The improvements were often dramatic: many of them were transformed, becoming high achievers in their own right.

The work is essentially the same nowadays. From reducing lap times for racing drivers, to helping founders to maintain their composure and momentum through difficult relationships, high-stakes decisions and everything in between, I am always amazed by the immense capabilities and achievements of our solo clients.

1.  Get in touch with your enquiry. Describe what's going on, and what you want. Email, phone or whatsapp.

2. We will answer questions and, if suitable, set out some initial options for you.  No conditions.

3. If you want to take it further, we then set up a 1-hour appointment in person or remotely.

4. In that session we hear you in greater detail. I then give you my professional overview, with a set of detailed proposals.

5. You can come back with more questions or walk away. No obligation and no cost.

6. If you want to go ahead, we set up treatment structures and sessions according to your needs. Everything is itemised and set out clearly beforehand.

6. In between sessions you may be set assignments or tasks to help you discover or gain key skills that relate to your aims.

7. Over the treatment period (typically 3 months) , we will continually evolve our strategy to get to your goals.

8. At the end of a typical 12-session set, most clients are happy to have made significant gains and don’t need to continue further. If some clients may benefit from further work, we discuss it.
