Go deep with 1:1 sessions
All 1:1 sessions are with Dr Harris who is qualified and experienced in performance across psychological domains.
- First session is Free. To get an overview and suggest ways forward. A chance for you to ask questions, without any conditions. Sometimes, this one session finds answers that let you continue on your own path.
- The First 4 sessions: open format, getting to know you and develop your confidence and clarity in discussing issues.
- Session length: 45 minutes to 1 hour, usually weekly.
- Ethical and secure: Fully confidential sessions, in person or via safe video portal. Nothing is shared outside the session, not even with your employer, without your consent.
- The focus is on YOU, not your employer or any other agency. This is our main difference. Your happiness, your choices, your career decisions.
- No more rigid times: Book and re-arrange your sessions via a personalised link, 24/7. Late cancellations and postponements are permitted,
- Comprehensive Assessment: An overview of all elements: medical, psychological, commercial, temperament, environment, relationships, strengths and vulnerabilities. NB this is not a substitute for full medical assessment- you must maintain any ongoing treatment with other professionals.
- No more aimless talk. We will agree clear outcomes, and work to your specified aims.
- Itemised work: Typical range from 5 to 20 sessions, agreed beforehand. Extensions and longer terms are permissible with mutual consent or recommendation, if there is clear foreseeable benefit.
Go broad with Group Sessions
Group sessions are for 3 or more people.
- Weekly group supervision. Run by a supervisor. Bring questions, attend to group tasks, debrief, improve cohesion and group collaboration.
- Clear learning structure: Following the relevant Program from the MentalWealth menu
- Measurable and tracked: All participants have a custom access portal and can ask questions on their own privately if they wish.
- Live Support: A special Whatsapp group is set up for participants to assist one another, or ask questions of the supervisor.
- Confidential and Secure: Group rules (Chatham House rules) and other support ensure the buildup of confidence and openness.
Especially suited for:
- New teams. Rapidly accelerated team efficiency and productivity growth and positive cultural rules come naturally, encouraged by this semi-structured format.
- Teams with dynamic issues. Teams that have struggled with conflict, entrenchment, demoralisation benefit immensely. The psychological safety and sensitive stewardship of the group supervisor see to this resolution.
- Rapid up-skilling programs. Groups of execs can learn and exchange notes and tasks on important skills like supervision, leadership, mentorship skills and so on.
