Elite Success Challenges: Hidden Burdens for High Achievers

It's lonely at the top.

Great success in one area can be very satisfying. But it's not easy to achieve or hold on to. It leads to anxiety, blind spots, and difficult relationships. You want to keep your edge, and also feel more capable all round.

This applies especially to people like successful entrepreneurs, elite athletes, successful creatives, solo achievers, and people new to high net worth. We deeply understand the issues you face, and we can help you tackle those as well as grow the strengths and potential you have.

A Note from Program Directors

Doctors work with one person at a time, helping people to recover from illness. We started off the same, but now we work at the opposite end: helping well people to thrive. To this day, spending time with people 1-to-1 is the greatest joy in our work. All our efforts are directed to help people thrive as individuals, unlocking their unique potential.

We decided to try to democratise all of our knowledge, to create an autonomous platform- basically an AI-guided coaching program. WQe tried this before, in 2022, but we were not happy with the result:

  • Safety and security. We couldn't get reassurance that the AI would guard client privacy
  • Consistent performance. AI programs suffered a decline in performance the longer the client session went on
  • Capability. We could not train the AI in the voice-mode to a convincing standard without glitches or slowdowns.
  • Integrations. It wasn't possible to get the program to integrate with user's calendars, notes, or other reminder systems.
  • Development time and expense. At that time, we spent many hours and many thousands of pounds on developers and staff to create and refine the product, but the limitation was technological, not people.

Matt Price, our development lead, said it was a matter of time before AI platforms would become good enough to execute our vision properly. So we continued with our in-person work.

Then in 2025, the Max Deutsch from Studio.com reached out to us. They had 'productised' the AI coaching platform process, and were looking to curate a stable of high-performing coaches for their big launch in April 2026. We gladly joined in. We found the platform very easy to add, modify, and train.

We were confident enough to trial it with some of our current and past clients, who helped us refine it for the final version. The launch was a great success. Our dream of offering our finest coaching techniques, at low cost and without the long wait, was almost achieved. By almost, we mean that we think a good AI program can do at best 80% of what we do in person. This is a very good trade-off against the price and time waiting for the 1:1 experience.

"Hardship is a terrible thing to waste."

One area where MentalWealth really scores well is in how it understands people with difficulty in their backgrounds, or unusual learning styles. For years we saw patients in our medical life who, despite problems like depression or autism or childhood trauma, were often blessed with great skill that had roots in the same problem: a positive adaptation

In using MentalWealth, these people gain clarity and self knowledge like never before. They learn to work around their challenges and develop their strengths.  The improvements are dramatic: many of them are transformed, becoming high achievers in their own right.

From reducing lap times for racing drivers, to helping executives to maintain their composure and momentum through difficult relationships, high-stakes decisions and everything in between, we're always amazed by the immense capabilities and achievements of our solo clients.
